I was very pleased with the customer care and patient care I received at the Jackson Clinic / Convenient today. From the front staff all the way through the patient care process, it was a very positive experience. I recommend this facility very highly.
Took my son in today after he came home from school with a fever. Every single employee was helpful and courteous. They did great with my son, and the whole process took less than an hour… even with a crowded lobby. I was very thankful for how quick and easy this visit was.
My go to place for quick medical help. Today was an exception. Hour and a half wait time. Dr. Guidi was great. Very pleasant, caring and helpful.My prescription was not sent or did not go through to the pharmacy. Called CC and pharmacy. Still waiting 4 hours later. ?
