After a broken garage door spring and a garage door opener struck by lightning we needed help. Mr. Parker came by and replaced the springs so we could manually open the door. His kind receptionist ordered the new opener and he will install it upon its arrival. The quick response to our situation and Mr. Parker’s attention to detail is impressive and much appreciated. One of the tension springs on my double garage door broke on a Thursday evening and I had a car stuck in the garage. Ron came after work hours on Friday to replace the springs. Ron was very kind and did an excellent job replacing the tension springs. Thanks again Ron.
