Kelli (respiratory) set the home device up for us. She is very thorough and was happy to answer any questions we had. She also made us feel comfortable on follow up phone calls to answer questions a few days later.

I guess its going alright . The machine was easy to plug up and they said the settings was set but I am not sure I am doing it right. Especially when I take it off to go to the bathroom I come back things are wet from the water inside each time I come back.

They came to me, brought my supplies!, were so courteous and entertaining, also informative, not leaving until I understood all I needed to about my equipment, replacements, help, etc. were a LIGHT to my day! thanks!
