I made the call Thursday, May 21, 2026. Jared came Friday and diagnosed the problem. Karter came Friday afternoon to help me with a finance plan. Monday was a holiday. Sam & D installed my new water heater Tuesday morning, Sam & D were conscientious employees. They were knowledgeable & courteous. This company & their employees went above and beyond & will be my “go to” for plumbing, heating and air.
Sam Russell installed our water heater and expansion tank. He was professional and explained what he was doing and completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up his work area. He kept us in the loop and we appreciate his service. He is definitely an asset to Solace Heating & Plumbing.
We use Solace for our church's heating and air. Our air was not working in the back area of the church. Their technician Conner came. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got our air going within the hour. We are ready for Sunday service! Thank you Solace
