5/26/2026 Review: My car got a flat tire and was completely flat! Contacted my insurance company and Able was the company dispatched to help. This car’s spare is probably as old as the car, 10+ years, and the condition is unknown- so I said it would be best for a tow. Justin, from Able, arrived earlier than expected, sending a message and calling when he was nearby. He explained to me that there was an accident on our route so he was not sure if we would make it to the tire shop before it closed. I had to get a rental towed from Jackson Tn to Nashville. Able’s Towing was the company that Hertz got. I got a driver name Artie he was the best. It was like I known him already. He was the best. If I could give them 10 stars for his service I would.

This is a great towing company! It may be Northwest TN's best kept secret. They towed my RV van from Martin to Nashville without incident. On the way, the driver and I great conversation about everything from music to going to church. He had a thick, black beard. I never got his name, but he was a real professional and knew what he was doing. He took care not to damage my van, which is more than I can say for Mann's Wrecker in Jackson.
