5/26/2026 Review: My car got a flat tire and was completely flat! Contacted my insurance company and Able was the company dispatched to help. This car’s spare is probably as old as the car, 10+ years, and the condition is unknown- so I said it would be best for a tow. Justin, from Able, arrived earlier than expected, sending a message and calling when he was nearby. He explained to me that there was an accident on our route so he was not sure if we would make it to the tire shop before it closed. He carefully and quickly loaded my car onto the truck and I told him I would meet him there. He beat me and was starting the unloading
process as I arrived. He took great care in driving, loading, and parking my car. He’s quite knowledgeable and aware and I was thankful he told me about the accident en route and 5pm traffic in town. Everything was great from start to finish! Thank you!
