“Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. Without me even mentioning it specifically, she located and worked through two knots between my shoulder blades that I have had for YEARS. The whole experience was so therapeutic and calming, and she was so warm and easy to relax around. Big plus was that she wasn’t afraid to apply pressure where needed (yes!!) but also checked to make sure it wasn’t too much pressure. I walked out feeling like I was a foot taller, so loose and refreshed! Will absolutely be coming back here as soon as I can!“

“The spa itself is also excellent. Even if you’re just visiting, it’s worth stopping by. There’s complimentary access to the sauna and eucalyptus room, which smells phenomenal. Access is free for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above members, and discounted for a significant other traveling with you ( $45 down from $65). If you book a service like a massage or other spa treatment, access is included as well.
Joe is a great employee. I observed him several times in the lobby always answering questions, taking phone calls, and helping guests with a friendly and professional attitude. He works hard, looks at situations from different angles, and I would absolutely hire someone like him.

“I only take the time to leave a review unless I’m very pleased or very unhappy about an experience. I’ve had a ton of massages in my lifetime and this was the best one by far. I have a lot of pain issues so when I go for a massage it’s necessary for it to be deep tissue. Rose definitely knows what she’s doing and worked on me for 90 minutes solid. The pricing is VERY reasonable and I was able to get an appointment immediately.“

“Went there for the first time today to get a haircut. I was tired of going to these places like great clips that you never know who you’re getting for a stylist. Brandy was the one who cut my hair, and did an amazing job. Was very friendly took her time to make sure that it was the way I wanted it. She chatted and made me feel comfortable like I had known her all my life. When I left, I asked for a card for a friend of mine who is also looking for a hairstylist which I would definitely recommend Brandy and This facility. I’m a thicker girl as well so I wasn’t sure if I’d fit with the vibes and expectations as a client, but I felt comfortable the whole time.

“I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).“
