“I put together a Harry Potter-themed Scavenger Hunt for my Wife. One of the last locations being here, with an all-day Hallows-spa experience for her. The final prize was 2 tickets for an all-inclusive trip to Harry Potter World for the two of us. All of this as a surprise to her. And this was either of our first experience with this place. But it seemed to fit the theme so why not. I was relieved when the owner took personal ownership in the situation and decided to schedule this personally. That’s how much she wanted to be apart this special themed application. Best place I could’ve ever found. Wendy was engaging, proactive, sweet, professional, comforting, artistic, accommodating and intuitive. Even the lounge is setup uniquely and very comforting, lighting and all. Everything you could have hoped for in this situation, from my perspective, and my wife’s. Everything went off without a hitch. It was perfect! Because of Wand & Willow. We are now members and will surely be back, because we were both very happy with our very different but true experiences. We live an hr away, it’s worth the drive.“

“I wish I had asked her name, but the stylist who took care of me was amazing. (She has a pomeranian, a lab, and 1 year old daughter- owners should know who she is from this info! Give this woman a raise! :D)I havent had my hair cut in years, I was terrified to get it cut because of horror stories I’ve heard. I have very long hair (waist length) and so many people with long hair have had issues where stylists will say they’re cutting off 2” but really cut off 6”.Not here! The stylist who cut my hair eased my fears about this, before cutting she showed me exactly how much she wanted to cut. She had my hair through her fingers so it wasn’t a guess. She was so kind and professional, I absolutely had a great experience!“
