About Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinic Hendersonville
Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinic Hendersonville is a medical facility that has received mixed reviews from patients. While there have been positive experiences, including quick check-in, efficient lab work and x-rays, and kind, professional staff who care, some encounters have been less favorable. The clinic is known for its quick service, with many patients being in and out in a timely manner. The staff is often described as courteous and respectful, making for a generally good experience. Recent reviews highlight the kindness of the staff and how they help patients feel comfortable, especially Dr. Fetcher, who is praised for her clear explanations and ability to ease discomfort during visits. However, some visitors have reported challenges, such as less friendly front desk interactions and a lack of thorough examinations by certain doctors. One patient noted that a doctor focused on their diet rather than fully addressing their symptoms, which led to a follow-up visit with a different doctor who provided the necessary treatment. Despite these mixed reviews, the clinic maintains a generally positive reputation, with many patients expressing satisfaction with the care they receive. The experience at Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinic Hendersonville seems to vary based on individual staff members and specific visits, but overall, it remains a reliable choice for those seeking medical care.
I have visited this location for both sick visits as well as lab work only. I have always been greeted with a smile and everyone is beyond kind. If I just need labs and the staff is busy I can point to the lab door and they let me in.
This is my go to walk-in. I have been known to drive 30-40 minutes 1 way to go to a clinic to receive this kind of service.
I’m thankful to live so close to a great walk In.
Nurse Sammy was so friendly and comforting
If I ever need to get assistance or great care I just hope she will be there when I come back
Walked into the Vanderbilt Walk-in and was greeted by some warm and lovely ladies at the front desk. When my time came up to be seen, a graceful and funny nurse, Sammy (I think) escorted me and took my vitals like this was something she has done for 50 years. Everyone seems to be in a great mood and very forthcoming with information and answered every question I had.
Not too far from the Zaxbys either, got a nice sandwich combo afterwards.
