“I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).“

“Having recently moved to Nashville I was extensively searching for a new home for all my hair color/cut needs. After doing research I found this place via instagram and found Malia's work. To be a hundred percent honest everyone that worked at the salon had great reviews but I went with Malia because she shared the same name as a cousin of mine. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff who were so kind and attentive. They got me a nice coffee to start my experience off and I waited a couple of mins before I was greeted by Malia whose energy was so welcoming and kind. It instantly put me at ease. She went over what I wanted which was a root touch up and offered a blow out as well and got to working on my hair. The whole process was so calming and wonderful. It felt like I was catching up with a friend. I have a scar on my head that is pretty visible and she did everything to make me feel comfortable. From the aesthetic to the people that worked there this place is top tier. Thank you Malia for not only making me feel at home but for having me leave the salon feeling like that girl!!! It is one thing for a business to deliver on their services but to create genuine connections that is something money can't buy!
