Received an adjustment from Dr. Heather before using her sauna bed. The adjustment was great and the sauna was so relaxing! I felt like a whole new person leaving Champion Wellness that day!

Dr. Heather is exceptional. She tailors her recommendations and visit frequency to each individual, without any sales pressure or membership fees. Since starting treatment with her, my neck stiffness and shoulder pain have disappeared. Moreover, she has effectively treated both of my children, resulting in fewer ear infections and improved mobility overall.

I’ve never used a chiropractor of any sort and Heather made the process super easy. I was handled with care. My lower back issues and upper back tightness were addressed. No more pain other than soreness from heavy deadlifts. I defiantly look forward to my monthly visits and adjustments. The masseuse (forget her name, sorry!) is really great too! Very much recommend Champion Wellness.
