Champion wellness is top notch. Heather has offered multiple modalities to help with my neck pain. Not only does she offer quality chiropractic adjustments, but she also does scraping, cupping, and offers rehab exercises. I recently tried dry needling and it helped tremendously with my neck pain. I highly recommend!!!

First-time customer. Depending on the time of day parking could become an issue as there is limited parking in the front of the building, but plenty of parking on the side which requires more walking. I was looking for someone in the area who does lymphatic drainage and Dry-needling I met Heather and Rachel and they are both amazing people. I also took a yoga and stretch class and loved it. I had my first LD done by Rachel and it was amazing I wish it lasted longer. I booked my second LD session for an hour this time, can't wait. I also see Heather for Dry-Needling next month and I can't wait. Will also try other services in the future as my goals change. Highly recommended...read full review

I started seeing Heather in October after my back pain started impacting my ability to function. She was able to immediately relieve tension and by 3 appointments I was feeling much better! We kept regular maintenance appointments to help during Christmas cookie season and I look forward to every appointment! Heather is welcoming and pleasant to chat with as well.
