“I initially left a 2 star review after having to wait a long time after arriving on time for an appointment. Owner or manager called me and apologized profusely. She offered me a free haircut to give them another shot. When I needed another cut I went back. Experience with Bea was excellent. They again offered the free haircut, but I felt like they'd made it right and handled initial issue well, so we compromised on a discount. l'll be back.“
