Jim is very professional & explains everything he is going to do. Definitely would recommend him for you plumbing lines needs. He found the clog and put us a clean out in at our request and located our septic tank for us.
When he says emergency service he means it! Had the sewer line cleaned out and the house functioning again in about 45min after filling out the request online. He even taught me how the drain clean outs work and what to look for to better diagnose the problem area and when to call the city versus when to call him even though that’s his business. Excellent service.
