The administrative assistant who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and provided so much valuable information, even though it wasn’t a service they provided. She simply wanted to help me to get to the bottom of my issue. I’ll be keeping this in mind in the future when I need repairs they can perform.

Action plumbing sent out Jacob Parker for my heater problem, and I must say he is the best service person I have ever had come to my home. I knew what to do from the start and wasted no time get the problem solved. His was very good and clean no mess left behind.
