He's both professional and easy going and is extremely easy to work with.
BM held to their schedule impeccably. If they said they were going to do something on a certain day at a specific time then we could count on them being there. That's a huge relief when trying to line everything up, as it allows you to schedule the next step of the process and not have to worry that the previous step won't be done.

They got my sink unstopped ( grease ) and then proceeded to fix my leaks under the sink. They had to change my sink strainers and everything was good to go.
