A few weeks after the fence was put up, the gate became difficult to lock due to a little settling. We called to see if there was anything that could be done, and the very next morning they sent Kevin out to take a look.

Kevin spent hours making sure everything was fixed correctly instead of just putting a temporary fix on it. He even had to take a bracket back to the shop to get it lined up properly after the fence had settled. He was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right.
