I have been dealing with pure clean from the Tri-Cities for a couple weeks now. Since my water leak. Pure clean from the Tri-Cities has some unique employees. I also had a pleasure to deal with Jackman Sleeper. Another excellent employee on your list. Very professional he made sure he explained everything that they did and what it would take to put everything back the way that it was. Mr Jackman you also get a 5 star for Your workmanship and knowing how to deal with customers at a professional level . Thank You Jackman for everything you done for me and my home. Brittany, Jack, and Kim in the office, were excellent, professional and showed up when I needed them most. They answered all my questions. They returned every phone I made to them. They even hauled off the damage items to the landfill. They worked 6 hours on my basement. I would definitely use them again. They even worked with my homeowner’s insurance adjuster. Awesome company
