I called Jeff and he clearly explained that he was on another work site and would be happy to provide home repairs as soon as possible (he actually came to evaluate the work needed on a Saturday afternoon at my request, due to my travel schedule). On the following Tuesday he worked on problems that took several hours to track down and fix ( including a return trip to evaluate additional requests.. i.e. porch lights for security ) upgrading and repairing our electrical systems for safety and home values. I would suspect this home hasn't been checked by an experienced electrician for many years and it's nice to know we can rest comfortable knowing the problems he found and repaired are done.
