I am leaving this review because they used to be preventative. After getting bought out by Waynes it went downhill. We now have a mice infestation in our Attic and having to pay $8300 to install installation to prevent and get rid of our mice problem. They came out twice over a two month span and did nothing but confirm we had mice outside from the holes near our foundation. They now have a Loyalty department that does care and I hope helps the situation.

Was a customer for 5+ years based solely on the fact that they had the termite. They were fine but nothing special. There was some convenience that they did both the pest and the lawn, but that's not true anymore so one less reason to "call Waynes."

We have only had a good experience with Wayne’s and I can’t say enough about our technician Frank.He is very communicative, always on time, let us know ahead of time when he is coming, responds quickly, is very knowledgeable, always super polite and friendly. I work from home and when I had my baby home with me he made a note to only text for knock so he wouldn’t wake the baby if she was sleeping. Little things like that make a big difference.
