Heavenly Rugs is a wonderful customer service oriented business with a knowledgeable owner and staff. They take care of all rug needs from purchase to rug pads to cleaning as needed. Heydar brought several rugs to our house and tried each until we found the perfect one. This is our third rug to buy from him and he’s always professional and thorough. He saves a lot of time too as I don’t have to go out to stores looking on my own. You tell him what you’re looking for and he finds it. It’s hard to find customer service like theirs. It’s fun to go look at their inventory in the store too! They take pride in their work and it shows.
Heavenly Rugs is the place to get your rugs cleaned! They do pick up/drop off and their services were amazing. I dropped off my disgusting rug and they were able to restore it to its original state. All of the employees were extremely kind and communicative. The turn around time was less than a week and they did a phenomenal job! I will be bringing my rugs back here in the future.
