“Very nice lady, Kelly, helped schedule a repair to our bathroom in Gatlinburg. Jerry showed up as promised and took care of the problem the next day. Professional work, very courteous, and at a fair, reasonable price. Good local company that I would definitely recommend.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Plumber in a Box! I had several jobs I needed done including replacing the faucets for our washing machine, installation of a new water heater and hooking up our water and ice dispenser on our refrigerator and we got a really reasonable estimate and the job done really quickly! Everyone I spoke with to schedule and the plumbers were professional and friendly. I will only be calling them with any of our plumbing needs in the future!”
“Rodney with Air Solutions Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job repairing the HVAC system at our theater in Pigeon Forge. As a business owner, having reliable air conditioning is critical for keeping our guests comfortable, and Rodney went above and beyond to get our commercial HVAC system running properly.
He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue instead of looking for the quickest or most expensive fix. He explained everything clearly, made the necessary repairs, and our theater has been cooling better than it has in a long time.
If you’re looking for commercial HVAC repair, air conditioning repair, AC service, heating and cooling, or HVAC maintenance in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, or the Smoky Mountains, I highly recommend Rodney and Air Solutions Heating & Cooling. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service. It’s hard to find an HVAC company you can truly trust, and Rodney has definitely earned our business. Thank you for taking such great care of us!”
