This year they have taken it upon themselves to schedule in November and December, NOT SHOW UP, AND CHARGE ME. I normally pay online so they has my credit card info. THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY OF TAKING MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT DID NOT EXIST AND FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. THIS IS THEFT. I called and spoke with Rachel in billing when I saw the pending charge on my account and she said she would email corporate aro get the charge removed or refunded. Nate has replaced the tech I had for years and I was worried that service was going to suffer because of this change but I’m very pleasantly surprised that the service Nate has provided since he’s been at my house is excellent, he’s very polite and thorough with his work!!!!
