I had gone in to get an oil change and ended up with an $800 bill. The service guy presented prices in a misleading way, even though I told him I couldn't spend more than $100 over the price of the oil change. I should have talked to the service manager before I left, but I was so upset I needed to get away from the situation. I will give the Marty W***** credit...he has tried to make it right. I now have a HUGE credit rather than a return of funds. I can't say I'll work with that CSR again, but I appreciate the efforts of the Service Manager to make things right!!! I'm looking forward to Mr. W***** and his team becoming a team I trust with my car!!!!

IF You are planning on buying a car, you really must go to Toyota of Gallatin.Kenny is the man you want to see. He is by far the most honest and most knowledgeable car salesman I’ve ever dealt with.It’s like talking to an old friend.He will steer you in the right direction no matter what.The best experience by far I’ve ever had buying a car. Go in and ask for Kenny. He will absolutely do everything possible and be so honest with you you will leave so happy you will return and send all your family there. That’s what I did.
