I’ve been training in the adult Jiu-Jitsu program at GMA Martial Arts for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

The staff here is phenomenal, every instructor brings a deep level of skill, real fighting experience, and a teaching style that’s hands-on and supportive. What really stands out to me is how they take the time to work with you as an individual. Being in my 40s and dealing with a few lingering injuries, I was a little unsure about getting started, but they’ve always been incredibly attentive to my needs and limitations while still challenging me to grow.

GMA is a family oriented martial arts gym that promotes good health and teamwork. I always feel like part of the family here and get the support I need to meet my goals in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! I highly recommend the gym and all of the instructors, especially Grand Master Spillmann!
