Stephanie Urell, FNP-C, Owner saved my life several years back or at least that’s the way I see it. She discovered my chronic anemia (Hgb of 4.8 g/dL) when I came to her and several blood transfusions and IV iron treatments later, and I was a different person. I am a Registered Dietitian and worked with chronic anemia patients for years in Hemodialysis patients, and I had never seen a hemoglobin as low as mine. Gee, a RD with low iron?! Go figure. I’ve been a patient at RightCare Family Practice for over 6 years, and I couldn’t ask for better nurse practitioners. They truly listen, take time to understand my concerns, and always provide the best care. Any time I call for an appointment, they make me feel heard, cared for, and like I’m in the best hands. I’m so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and kindness they’ve shown me year after year.

We loved Stephanie Urell. She was great with our newborn. We would recommend RightCare Family Practice as long as you never need to communicate with the office. The office is a zone of silence. You'll never receive a call back, email, response in the portal, smoke signal, morse code or any other form of communication. You'll only get scheduling on the phone and they will offer to get someone to call you back, that will never happen.
