I was originally upset over my visit here and left a review accordingly, sharing my frustration with the office. Since then, I have had the office manager call me back, wanting to make it right with me and apologize over the circumstances of my visit. Because of her phone call, I wanted to revise my review as I appreciated someone from the office sincerely wanting to fix the problems that I had. I think that speaks volumes of the office manager. And because of this, I wanted to change my review and think it is worth another visit.

I decided to go with Lucas Orthodontist for my treatment plan after visiting several different providers in the Nashville area. Since day one I’ve always felt welcomed with opened arms, the treatment coordinator even followed up with me a few weeks after my consultation.
The ortho assistants are always super attentive and just all around great people. I’m 9 months in, and my teeth have shifted so much, I’m almost at the finish line. I’m loving my new smile already. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10

I’m only two months into my treatment, but I already feel confident saying Lucas Orthodontic is a great place. After some rough experiences elsewhere, I was nervous to start again- but from the moment I reached out, the team here has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive.
What really stood out to me is that even though I had braces from another provider, they welcomed me as a new patient without hesitation. That meant a lot. The staff took the time to understand my history and made me feel like I was in good hands.
