I had my first experience with the Low T Clinic in Gallatin this past Saturday, and I could not be more pleased! Ryan Curry and his staff are phenomenal. I was warmly greeted at the reception desk and supported as I completed new patient paperwork, the medical assistant who did my blood draw was extremely efficient and supportive, and swiftly went to get me a bottle of water as I frequently get light headed when having bloodwork done. Ryan was so supportive to me and thoroughly explained the process of TRT, the benefits of it, and he happily answered my many questions about TRT as well as weigh management drugs. I really enjoy this office. The staff is extremely kind and beyond helpful. I have been coming here for over a year and from my first visit I was treated like family. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a any of the treatments they provide. Tommy is the best, you can't go wrong with spending your time and putting your trust in this entire staff. Thank you !!
I have never felt so comfortable in a medical atmosphere. The staff here is professional, courteous and kind. Tommy and Sparkle and staff should be commended for their professionalism and willingness to help. I appreciate them and the cleanliness of the office. The methods of cleanliness they go through and that they take time to listen to their patients and our needs. Thank you folks.
From entry day one to exit talking about something that bothers me has never been uncomfortable. Follow up visits have been equally as relaxing. Another thing or two to add is the staff is extremely friendly and it’s a quick visit. Easy in and out.
