Kirby Electric was absolutely incredible. First of all — they answered the phone. That might not sound like a big deal, but these days it really is. Candace was so kind, helpful, and patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered from the start. The owner even personally called me back to talk things through and answer additional questions, which meant a lot.
I was asking for a LOT. Like… can you wire my house for a generator in less than 36 hours before one of the biggest ice storms in decades kind of a lot. And they made it happen.

The guys from Kirby Electric came out today and helped with a light fixture and outlet. I have older wiring and thought it couldn't be repaired. They took care of the issue promptly and professionally. Will definitely use them again.

Great, friendly people. Brenda in the front office helped get someone out quickly and kept me informed. We had no heat and needed help. John made fast work of repairing the generator issue, and all was fixed quickly.
