Candace was so kind, helpful, and patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered from the start. The owner even personally called me back to talk things through and answer additional questions, which meant a lot.

I was asking for a LOT. Like… can you wire my house for a generator in less than 36 hours before one of the biggest ice storms in decades kind of a lot. And they made it happen.

They were at my house the very next day — early. Caleb and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They did an amazing job and walked us through everything step by step, making sure we truly understood how the generator worked and how to use it safely.

My husband is a paramedic and has been downtown working since before the storm even began, so knowing I’d be home on my own with my boys added another layer of stress. Caleb and his team were so thoughtful about that. They didn’t rush, didn’t leave until we practiced starting the generator ourselves, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before they wrapped up.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We’re new to Tennessee, and it looks like we’ve officially found our electricians. Highly, highly recommend Kirby Electric.“
