They never did any work without clearly explaining it (dumbing it down) and confirming it’s the route l’d like to take. They didn’t upcharge me with a ton of extra fees either. The actual bill was only 5% higher than the quote on a big job… when was the last time that ever happened to you? Moss Electric is now my go-to for any professional expertise.
