I was in Gallatin with my family for a soccer tournament today when I noticed I had a tire leak. I called Bowles because of the great reviews, and they were a locally owned company. Even though I was calling an hour and a half before they closed today, Phillip said he would work me in. Within a few minutes after I arrived they found the problem, and in about an hour I was on my way. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was kept informed. They are definitely a buttoned-up shop! They have a list on their sign with services offered, but don’t have the most important on that list, Customer Service.
chris is a very stand up man. i wasn't happy about some tires and he had me come in and he put a new set on at no extra cost to me... very outstanding.. he went above and beyond.. i would recommend them to anyone. and i will tell all i know about what he has done......
