We love seeing Jill Cash at Vanderbilt and have been patients for over nine years. However, rescheduling appointments has become a significant source of frustration. In the past, we could typically get a new appointment within a month. Good luck trying to establish care here. I booked an appointment in October 2022 back in August 2022 to get a call today because the provider took a day off. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about people needing to take time off. However, I shouldn't have to wait till January 2023 to get seen because one person wants to take off. I would have been okay with them saying they can't see you that week but we can next week.... but adding 4 months is insane. Seems like that would be pretty common sense to prioritize your patient scheduling based on the conflicts created within the clinic. Nope, just pass that buck down to the patient and let it be their problem.
