I last had an exam + pap done 6-7 years ago & waited due to a bad experience, but finally got an exam done today.
The nurse who walked me back was SO nice, friendly and reassuring when I was nearly shaking from anxiety- she really helped me calm down some. I then saw Dr. Stafford! She is very soft spoken + gentle during the exams, and has kind eyes. I felt incredibly safe during, and that what concerns I had today were addressed seriously. The ladies at the check-in desk are also very nice.
Already scheduled for next year! I highly recommend Dr. Stafford and Vanderbilt Franklin Women’s Center.
I had such a good experience at Women’s Center compared to Women’s Group. I saw Dr. Mullaly today and I had a colposcopy procedure that was easy and no pain. Took only 5 minutes with only one biopsy. She’s so sweet and silly, as well as her nurses <3
My first colposcopy at Women’s Group Franklin left me crying and humiliated. The doctor there took 6 biopsies of my cervix, the nurse left the room TWICE while I was naked and crying in the table and the younger nurses were staring at me as I left the room labeled colposcopy. It was humiliating.
I’m so thankful for a peaceful and easy procedure today and glad I found a great gyno as a young woman ❤️
Dr. Mullaly, Lauren, RN, Missy, RN, and the front desk receptionist were kind and fabulous to me today at my appointment! They were attentive, compassionate, made me feel safe and explained everything to me in detail. I could not have asked for better care! A great big thank you to all of you! We are lucky to have all of you as Health Care providers in our area! You are a credit to your professions!
