Claire at the Cool Springs store was just amazing!! I had been having problems with my foundation and primer, and she listened to all my problems before trying to help me solve them. Everyone else had just recommended me the foundation or primer they used without bothering to ask about my skin type or concerns. She was also super upbeat and her attitude towards helping me was awesome. I left in such a good mood because of her! Went to the salon for the first time ever and Jenny did my hair! i came in with such low confidence that anything could be done to make me like my hair, and by the end of it i had a whole new look and a new found love for my hair. Jenny walked me through the entire process and what it would cost before she did anything and was so kind, 10/10 experience.

The people that I met were absolutely wonderful!! I can't remember the name of the lovely lady that helped my sister and I with the Benefit lip products but she was SO kind and SO helpful!! David was also so kind and just an awesome human being! And Jocelyn at the front absolutely MADE MY DAY!!! Y'all really have a solid and amazing team here and I can't wait to come back!!!
