    Erich Hershey has been on point in helping me regain strength and stamina as well as balance. I have improved dramatically. He is very easy to work with and develops a regimen for success. I would recommend Erich to someone who is wanting to improve strength and balance.

    I’ve been working with Erich for over a year now. He is extremely knowledgeable about personal fitness and is very goal oriented. He listens super well and modifies my routine to fit my needs on an ongoing basis. He’s always asking questions around how my body is handling a specific movement or exercise, and he works with me on my forms to ensure I avoid injury as this is the most important thing to me. We talk through my goals frequently to strategize about what’s best for me individually as I progress. Erich is definitely a concierge professional and keeps his focus on personally tailored service. I’m so happy I found Erich and my results have been injury free and fantastic overall. I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been. Thank you, Erich!

    I highly recommend Erich as a personal trainer! I am 58 years old and was very out of shape and had previous injuries that made me question whether I would be able to get back in shape. My husband and I have been strength training with Erich for several months now and he has totally customized the workouts for each of us to make them appropriate for us. We are enjoying our workout sessions and are both seeing significant improvements in our strength and mobility.

    I have done strength training with Erich for the past several years. During that time I have significantly increased my muscle tone which allows me as I age to stay active and to continue my passion for gardening (Hey, those wet bags of mulch are heavy!!). In addition Erich is a kind and interesting person to speak with which makes the sessions fly by.I would highly recommend Erich as your personal trainer.

    Originally, I started training with Erich to get fit with strength training and kickboxing/self-defense mixed in. Since then, we've had to adjust a bit as I found out I was pregnant in the middle of our training. Before that, and even more so now, Erich has been exceptional at responding to how my body is handling the training and adjusting based on what my needs are at each of these times. I've been with Erich for over a year now and know I'll be continuing to go with Erich post-pregnancy as well, with total confidence that I will get the same great, responsive treatment. He doesn't just go through the motions of training, but listens and watches how you and your body respond, making sure you are getting a premium session each time. (One last add, as others have mentioned, no Drill Sergent type treatment. Great encouragement level that feels appropriate to motivate).

    Erich is a rare find. I have done one on one MMA with him for about four years or so. He is an amazing teacher and really knows his stuff. I’m not one to give out compliments in this category lol. If I choose to work with someone, I want them to really know his or her business. If not, I won’t hang around. His patience and steadiness are tops. His knowledge of the martial arts is second nature to him. He also knows how to run a business. He has never canceled, has great communication regarding schedule etc., and his reliability is second to none. He has an amazing résumé also for other fields of fitness. I think he has like a gazillion certifications etc. on top of all of this, he’s a really great hang and is very cool. I don’t throw those comments out often either LOL. He is tops!

    Incredibly kind and encouraging! He listens to your health goals and creates a personal plan for you, not a routine plan. I do not want to be a size 2, but I want to be able to do a handstand push up. He is helping me gain muscle in my shoulders to do that along with the weight loss. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and I have more energy. Some weeks are better than others with the diet, but he always is kind about getting back into good habits. He also encourages moderation, not starvation.He is not a drill sergeant and talks you through the workout, he does not count 1,2,3 on the reps but distracts you so you end up doing more than you thought you could!I have been going for over 6 months and have actually enjoyed every workout! I went from a somewhat couch potato to looking forward to my gym time.

    Erich is an amazing trainer who is so encouraging and helps in every way he can to make you the best version of yourself! It’s a great environment I have so much fun every time! Since the first session I have been hooked on going and I am so grateful for him and this amazing experience. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! He really cares about his clients and is so dedicated to making an impact on others.

    Eric is everything that you would want a personal trainer to be. That is, highly skilled, experienced, patient, communicative, and perceptive. He was able to meet my high expectation of being able to add various martial arts skills to basic boxing fundamentals. He is always on time and prepared. The training is flexible to take into account the amount of practice that I’m able to do between training sessions. Eric is definitely a five star performer.
