Tide Cleaners provides cleaning that is always ready when promised, if not earlier. Staff are very friendly and greet customers with a smile. The customer service is outstanding. Clothes come home very clean, with stains gone and wrinkle free. A wrinkled and lightly stained bridesmaid dress was taken in for same day cleaning and had it ready earlier than promised. Suits were cleaned on site with great results. Same day service is offered at a reasonable price. One customer brought laundry for a friend in the hospital, and the service was amazing with laundry washed and folded. Customers receive a text message when their drop off is ready for pickup. The quality is amazing.
This is my go to cleaners. Customer service is outstanding and I’ve never been there that I wasn’t greeted with a smile. I like getting a text message when my drop off is ready for pickup.
Absolutely wonderful experience! I had a friend who was in the hospital longer than anticipated in. I brought all the laundry over. It was washed folded, and the service was amazing. The quality was amazing. If I lived in the area, I’d be bringing them all my laundry.
I stumbled upon this place by accident and I’m so glad I did. My suits were badly in need of cleaning and due to the nature of the suits I didn’t just want to take them anywhere. The person behind the counter assured me they were up to the job and he was right! They did a great job! I’ll definitely be back! The staff at Tide are all on the nice list!
