Clearly communicated what I was paying for. Had them troubleshoot my laptop. They called me back in a timely manner even though they were backlogged. Seemed they also accepted all current payment forms. I would use them again for my future computer repair needs!

I recently took my laptop into Tech Pros because it wasn't booting. TP thoroughly tested the whole computer, and unfortunately the laptop has reached the end of it's life. TP was able to recover my hard drive data so I can rebuild my system on my next computer.

My laptop got hacked despite having virus protection. So I looked for a repair store in my area. And found Tech Pros. I called, and they were up front about pricing and the time it would take to diagnose and fix the problem! Ryan was extremely helpful, and my PC was back in my hands in 48 hours. He gave me some instructions and showed me how to protect my PC. Highly recommended!
