I brought in an old laptop I haven't used in a couple of years and it way working very slowly. I was greeted by two professional employees. They were quick to point out that this laptop was probably not going to work any faster. They were able to explain why in a very simple and easy way to understand. I really appreciate the fact they saved me money. If I had a problem in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Thank you for your help. Sorry I didn't get the employee's name.

I forgot to leave a review when David was here last year, so I'll leave it now because I have asked them to come out again. Simply put, I won't even consider anyone coming to my house again for tech support. I work from home, and from time to time I need some help with whatever new gadget I have added to my home.From networking to printer setup, these guys are great. I was absolute sure that David was going to be here all day, and he was done by noon. The price was quite reasonable, and he even had a few piece of gear that I needed and didn't have.10 out of 10.
