My laptop got hacked despite having virus protection. So I looked for a repair store in my area. And found Tech Pros. I called, and they were up front about pricing and the time it would take to diagnose and fix the problem! Ryan was extremely helpful, and my PC was back in my hands in 48 hours. He gave me some instructions and showed me how to protect my PC. Highly recommended!
I stopped in the shop just with a few questions about adding ram, I did not really require any service. I wish I knew the two guys names that I worked with so I could shout them out but they were super friendly answered all my questions, even though I was not there to pay for any service.
