The team member who cut my hair was amazing. I have shaved my head for 20 years and recently grew my hair out and have a full head of hair (i know, why shave it). But. I am trying to decide what to do with and she was great at helping me come up with a cut and style that fit me and at the same time the boss (my wife) was happy with. I also had a super stressful week and chose to do the VIP. The scalp massage I had not only put me to sleep in about 40 sec but also was definately needed. Thank you for making the whole experience great. As a small business owner, I appreciate when people go above and beyond and she definitely did that for me.
My little guy was very hesitant to get his haircut and it had been a while since the last cut. Lily was kind and patient with him. We really didn't know what we wanted but she helped him figure it out! Thanks a bunch and we will be back!
Mel at the highway 96 location is amazing!!! I’ve been going to her for years now and she’s the only one I want to cut my hair! She’s driven, passionate and truly cares about not just the job but her customers as well! It always feels warm and welcoming with her and she’s so friendly and easy to talk to!
