This nail salon is excellent. Had an amazing pedicure and builder gel set my first time there and I was done in an hour - and they were spectacular. Sabrina is efficient and detail oriented when doing nails, I continue to go back! I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the woman who did my toes but she was excellent as well!

I have gone to Sapphire Nails and Spa for years now and am never disappointed! Whether I’m getting a pedicure or manicure, every staff member is careful and takes their job very seriously! Lena is one of the BEST when it comes to designs and here recently I had a pedicure with Don who took his time doing when doing my pedicure. I could not recommend any place better! Very consistent and a hard working group!

It’s so refreshing to call and get a live person to answer the phone and get you in as soon as possible. I like to support local family owned businesses. I have had great customer service in Franklin lately and wanted to let them know they are doing a great job!
