Love that I can set up a same day appointment online. Staff is friendly and competent. Somehow sickies and accidents always seem to hit our family over the weekend so they are our convenient saving grace!

Needed an X-ray. We went to the Franklin office. Met with a smile at reception, and brought in by a very kind nurse. Immediately I was taken back for an X-ray. The entire staff was amazing. Would highly recommend this urgent care. Make your appointment online.

This was the first urgent care I’ve ever been to where I didn’t have to wait at all. I was able to make an appointment online at night, which was incredibly convenient. Everyone there was so kind and went above and beyond to help. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and honestly one of the best medical visits I’ve had. I’m so thankful for the great care and would absolutely recommend them!
