Beware! The physician seemed professional during the visit. However, communication with the office—specifically LuAnne—was inefficient and did not resolve basic questions that are still unresolved.
There are also unresolved billing issues. My appointment was in October 2025, and as of April 2026, the account is still not corrected. I have now over-paid payments and continue to receive additional statements. The charges appear inaccurate, and repeated attempts to resolve the issue have still not been successful.

LOVE Dr Paschall and the ladies in her office. Dr Paschall always takes the time with me to go over the best options for me. Keshia is always so kind and welcoming to me when I come in. Suzanne is my girl!! She encourages me in so many ways and appreciate her patience and kindness. I lucked out and found Dr Paschall 17 years ago when I was pregnant with my son.

I feel really lucky to have found this place! I recently moved here from out of state and was looking for a new biote provider because I have been on it for years due to a hysterectomy I had to have because of endometriosis.
After having a terrible experience at a local med spa I tried Dr Paschall and difference was night and day. She and her staff are so sweet and know exactly what they are doing. If you are curious about biote or looking for a new provider then this is a great place to make an appointment.
