Eric and Music City Lights were great. We did have an issue when they installed our lights. Our garage door opener would not open the door from the outside when the lights were on. Inside the garage it worked fine. After due diligence from Eric, it was determined that the LED lights were interfering with the garage door opener frequency. He had the garage door opener motor replaced and now everything is working as it should. Thank you Eric and Music City Lights.
He was attentive and on time for visits and phone calls. His crews were polite, courteous and cleaned up every day. They showed when they said they would and did an outstanding job of installation. They serviced the product well after install during the getting used to the equipment stage. They were also quick to respond when a landscaper dug through the in ground wiring wreaking havoc with their install. It took a full day but they had everything back to new. I would use them again in a heart beat for future projects.
Music City Outdoor Lighting addressed all of the lighting challenges that my residential project demanded. What I appreciated most was the effort made by ownership to listen to my needs & expectations before any work ever began.
