Little House Animal Hospital

I cannot get over how amazing everyone is here at Little House Animal Hospital. Dr. Walsh and Dr. Pfeffer...I will never be able to thank you enough for saving my boy's life. You even help me cut costs when you didn't have to, and it was appreciated more than you know. If you're even CONSIDERING going to Little House, just do it. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and I truly do not think Boone would be alive without everyone here.

I have a cat. Marley is a handsome boy but he does not like to be handled. He enjoys being petted and held on his terms. It is difficult to get a collar on him or put him in his carrier to take him anywhere. I made an appointment with Dr. Kunkle because he had developed a bad rash under his chin. I must tell you I've never seen anything like it! Marley was nuts about Dr Kunkle... he was like butter in her hands! Marley was treated with an exam, chin cleaning, injection and a pill. He had his nails trimmed, he cooperated 100 percent and purred thru most of it. She got down on the floor with him, he loves her. Dr Kunkle is patient, knowledgeable and kind. She even got him to go back in his carrier with no issues! Thank you Dr Kunkle. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Little House Animal Hospital was incredible. They’re open Saturdays, allowing us to come in outside of work hours. I was running late, but they understood and were very accommodating. Dr Kathy was great and compassionate. I would highly recommend Little House Animal Hospital to anyone.

I highly recommend the Little House Animal Hospital! They provide the best care! They have shown me how to care for my bunny and taken excellent care of her for the past 5 years! They are always willing to work you in if it’s an emergency. They treat your fur baby like their own. They have gone above and beyond for me and my bunny! The staff is so welcoming. There is no better experience than at the Little House Animal Hospital!

The staff is courtesy and kind. Dr Kathy is one of the most passionate, hard working, and caring vets we have ever had.

They have become our "go to" for pet care.We have confidence in the vets and staff. Good communication and empathy.We live in Franklin and the office is still convenient.It's also a benefit that the rates for services are competitive and sometimes more economical compared to other providers.

After searching for a new vet, we were so blessed to end up with Dr. Kunkel at Little House. She and the entire team of docs and techs treated my 20 year old cat (and us!) with the most compassion I have ever experienced. She routinely got down on the floor with my cat, kissed his head, and told him she loved him. You can tell she truly loves and respects animals. I appreciate that the doctors can be reached after hours in the event of an urgent question or emergency. They also do house calls, which we utilized once for our senior cat. Eventually, she helped us make the decision to end our cat's suffering, and as difficult as that was, I can honestly say that the process was peaceful for my baby and Dr. Kunkel added so many compassionate touches, like placing a small boutonniere of flowers on my kitty's chest and saying some very sweet and comforting words as he went over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Kunkel handles all the details to make that hard process more bearable. It helped me to have closure and a good goodbye to my sweet cat. I have 4 pets and live 30 minutes from Little House, but I will not hesitate to make the drive for top-notch and I believe, unmatched, care for my furbabies.

Thank you so much! They were so kind to my little guy and answered every question I had during a very stressful health scare. I cannot recommend this animal hospital enough!
