Life Time Franklin is more than just a gym - it's an athletic country club that offers something for everyone. With an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and an indoor pool, Life Time provides a comprehensive range of amenities. Members can enjoy unlimited group training and individualized attention through the Signature Membership.
The facility is well-maintained, with clean, open, and inviting common areas. It features the best locker rooms, a great cafe, and spacious fitness areas, including basketball and pickleball courts. During warmer months, outdoor spaces are also available. The staff is described as very kind and helpful, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. While some members have noted that the gym hasn't been updated much since it opened and some equipment is showing signs of wear, the cleanliness and service remain top-notch. The sauna needs attention, with one of the burners consistently out and tile turning black from sweat and dirt.
Despite these minor issues, Life Time is widely regarded as an amazing facility with fantastic people working there. Members particularly enjoy the wide variety of group fitness classes, such as hot yoga, GTX, and Alpha. The upscale environment is geared toward enabling and motivating members to reach their fitness goals. While there is still room for improvement in terms of utilization of space, Life Time is continuously trying to incorporate new features and enhance the overall member experience, making it a standout choice in the Nashville area.
My biggest problem with this Gym as we were sold on a fully operational Basketball gym and it’s constantly not available due to kids camp as a day care. The gym is great in all other aspects than that. If you want a place to play basketball consistently this might not be the place for you.
Great gym and great people, but if you play basketball, do not join. They use it for kids camp a majority of the time. It’s a bummer because there is a huge community of basketball players there and they rarely get to play. Would be one of the best places to play if Lifetime made it available consistently.
The front desk staff at Life Time Franklin provide kind, friendly and timely help. They greet me with a smile each time I walk in and always use my name. Blake and his staff in the Life Time cafe accepted my constructive feedback in preparing more rare steak with more flavor. Usually places will ignore your feedback. However, Blake and his team have made a great deal of effort to improve the quality of their meals as a whole. Thank you, Life Time Franklin!
