During recent Jan 2026 Freezing Storm Fern, my Nashville home was struck by a fallen tree which punched multiple holes through the roof and tore down electrical service. Lewis Construction assisted w insurance process , immediately provided emergency roof services , arranged for electrician to repair damaged service equipment and coordinated w NES to schedule priority service call. Lewis Construction worked during the snow , ice and sleet. The Field Staff is brave and dedicated . They stayed working on my home until sundown and secured my home from further damage. For years, my roof needed replacing, yet my insurance refused coverage. Regularly, sales reps from various roofing companies knocked on my door, telling me they could work with my insurance to make it work - but Liberty wouldn’t budge. Will with Lewis Construction came by the house to inspect and offered a fair cash quote and patiently waited for me to figure out the financing. He was very understanding of my financial constraints.
The crew got to work early and were done by mid-afternoon, leaving behind a sparklingly new roof and meticulously cleaned up, leaving no debris behind. My home went from neighborhood eyesore to looking well-maintained... read full review

From the initial roof inspection to the final insurance payment, the entire project was an aggravation free experience. Brent Gabele acted as a liaison between myself and Allstate setting up an adjuster appointment along with a supplemental payment to satisfy codes requirements. He also explained the process of building a roof and what was expected before, during and after the installation. The roofing team themselves worked like a well oiled machine. The claims agent made the comment, Brent’s application was textbook, complete with pictures. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism on this project.
