We had a good experience. We called Tuesday night and he came during the agreed upon time the next day. He even gave us a 15-minute notice courtesy call. He was friendly to us as well as our curious cat. He promptly identified the issue (broken igniter), which my husband had suspected. The price seemed a bit steep, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Ultimately we were happy to pay for quick, friendly service. And very happy to have a functioning oven again!
