The options Google gave were either to ship it in and wait a week or 2 weeks or take into the uBreakiFix store for a 2 hour repair… which we chose.
Walked in and was greeted by Jonathan. Super friendly and very personable. I didn’t know the store has a lot of customers. He was helping a few before he got to me and each time he was patient and friendly. Seemed like he was the only one working and also another technician in the back repairing. Jonathan will try to see everyone based on the order you walked in and always greeted everyone kindly.

Super easy to place an appointment and great service. Jonathan was super helpful and made sure all my concerns were met! Any issues in the future I will bring my phone here for sure for fixing!
Jonathan was super helpful, and so polite to all the customers. Also, he is fluent in Spanish, which was great to see. Only took 'em a couple hours, gave us time for dinner at McNears. Bonus,!
