I came back to juel salon after almost 10 years (because of a previous unpleasant experience with a receptionist). Patience always cuts my 4a/4b hair so well, and even showed me how to style to care for it at home. I hope to continue to have good experiences in the future. The salon is clean, and the receptionist, April, was fantastic.

As a curly / wavy girl with a weird curl pattern, getting haircuts has often been pretty traumatic for me. I genuinely feel like some piece of my soul was healed today by the haircut Teresa gave me.
It was the experience of being in the hands of a skilled professional. A master at her craft.
I have had so many bad cuts that I’m used to bracing myself for heartbreak whenever I get a cut, but when she sculpted it PERFECTLY , it was so stunning that I felt emotional for hours afterwards… just so grateful to finally see my hair back in its highest potential.

I had my hair coloured today by Felicity and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. The colour turned out absolutely perfect—rich, vibrant, and exactly what I had in mind. Felicity took her time to make sure everything was done with care and precision, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. I’m so satisfied with her work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and friendly hairstylist. I’ll definitely be coming back!
