Same day, knowledgeable, honest, affordable and NO UPCHARGE. Justin came same day to repair valve under kitchen sink. Turns out it just needed to be tightened. I had no idea that those (including toilets) valves need to be 100% open or 100% closed or they can leak (especially if not used in a long while). He noticed the garbage disposal had shaken loose and tightened that up as well. I was just charged the minimal service fee! He easily could have said I needed to replace the valve...but he did not. Thank you Justin and Joslins. Finally someone honest and easy to communicate with!!!

I have only had great experiences with Joslin. They are reliable friendly. This town is growing and changing but Joslin remains to be the most reliable.

Just this past week I had two unexpected issues. They showed up the same day. They found it was so simple they didn’t find it necessary to charge me. The techs are professional and friendly and they always show up positive even if they have been working all day in the heat.

I’ve seen many companies who blatantly overcharge. Not Joslin. They are honest and only focused on resolving the issue rather than trying to sign you up for some membership.

Joslin is just the best plumbing service in TN. I just had Timothy came over to replace a filter for me. He was right on time, extremely courteous, his job performance was excellent. He went above and beyond, he wanted to wipe off the water with his nice sweater, I gladly told him there is no need. He is definitely a keeper for Joslin
