I’ve had Heritage come service my home on several occasions now both for repair and seasonal tune ups. Jeff and the whole crew have been friendly, honest, prompt & thorough every single time. Whether it’s a last minute emergency or standard service, I never have to wonder what I will need to deal with, I know I’ll be getting consistently honest and personalized work. I worked in HVAC 30 years ago. As a consumer knowing the business model I look for small independents who care about their reputation. Jeff is exactly that. He's knowledgeable, helpful, and concerned for those he serves. Absolutely recommend!
When it seems like everyone just wants to sell you on a completely new unit, it was so incredibly reassuring to have someone knowledgeable actually help solve my problem. Jeff came by and almost immediately diagnosed my AC unit issue - a leaky copper pipe - and had someone out quickly to weld it closed and refill my refrigerant. He saved me literally thousands of dollars - the previous HVAC companies insisted I needed a new unit or at least new coils. I am so grateful to Jeff and Heritage Heating and Cooling for bothering to find the actual problem and explain the solution to me. Everyone deserves that kind of service and support.
